   Good morning. Here are the answers of your questions.

    

    1. Public Lecture will be at CRR Concert Hall. So it is close to your
       hotel.
    2. If your meeting at Sabah finishes at 4:30 PM, than you will have time
       to go back to your hotel and you should leave the hotel around 6:20 PM
       (but not later than that)
    3. You wrote me that you flight to Ankara is at 23:55 so you suppose to
       be at the airport not later than 23:10. That means you suppose to move
       to airport at 22:40. Well under this circumstances you may have some
       time to go back to the hotel. You will have about an hour to spend.
    4. The driver will be there at the hotel at 11:15 as I mentioned before.
       If you can not find him at the lobby please call me.
