(SBU) In a February 25 meeting with Department of 
International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) Assistant 
Director for Nuclear Disarmament and Nonproliferation 
Simbongile Mancotywa-Kumsha, Deputy Political Counselor 
discussed U.S. policy on Iran's Tehran Research Reactor and 
provided reftel non-papers.  Mancotywa-Kumsha assured us that 
she would convey U.S. views to DIRCO Senior Director Gumbi.
