 1.  Embassy Abu Dhabi and Congen Dubai suggest that seaport 
and airport security officials, and customs regulators from 
several of the UAE's emirates receive invitations to attend 
the TDA Transportation Security Forum in Cairo, February 9- 
 11.  Please note that customs authority, border security, 
and the purchase of related equipment and technologies is 
largely an emirate-level responsibility.  Post could assist 
in passing TDA invitations to the following officials:
